Elegant Wedding Show $35,000 Wedding Giveaway Official Rules and Regulations
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER
1. ELIGIBILITY:
The Elegant Wedding Show $35,000 Wedding Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to couples who are planning to get married between March 1, 2027, and December 31, 2027. Participants must be legal residents of Quebec and at least 18 years of age. Employees of The Elegant Wedding Show, its vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. ENTRY PERIOD:
The Contest begins on October 1, 2026, and ends on February 15th, 2027. All entries must be received by 5 pm on February 15th, 2027, to be eligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
Participants must enter the contest on the Elegant Wedding Show website. You don’t need to make a purchase to enter the Contest. Limit one (1) entry per couple. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different identities will void that participant’s entries. 4. PRIZE PACKAGE: One (1) winning couple will receive a wedding package valued up to $35,000, which includes the following: (terms for these prizes are on the website)

The prizes offered in The Elegant Wedding Show contest have no cash value. If the winner does not require a particular service or product included in the prize package, there will be no monetary or substitute compensation provided for that service or product.
5. PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
•The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
•There is no cash value or cash alternative to any of the prizes.
•The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly specified in the prize description.
•The prize components are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar item of equal or greater value at the sponsor’s discretion.
•The wedding must take place between March 1, 2027, and December 31, 2027.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
The winning couple will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on February 25, 2027. The winner will be notified via email or phone provided at the time of entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the drawing or is otherwise ineligible to receive the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. PUBLICITY:
By accepting the prize, the winning couple agrees to allow The Elegant Wedding Show and its partners to use their names, wedding details, and photographs for promotional purposes without further compensation.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The Elegant Wedding Show reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond The Elegant Wedding Show’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. The Elegant Wedding Show reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
9. LIABILITY RELEASE:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Elegant Wedding Show, its vendors, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
10. GOVERNING LAW:
This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. All federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.
Consent to Share Personal Information
By entering this contest, you acknowledge and consent that the personal information you provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, wedding date, and wedding planning needs, may be shared with the official vendors participating in the Elegant Wedding $35K Giveaway for the purpose of contacting you about wedding-related products, services, promotions, and offers. Your information will not be sold or shared with any other third parties outside the official contest participants.
