Official Rules and Regulations — 2026/27

1. Contest Organizer
The Elegant Wedding $40,000 Wedding Giveaway (the “Contest”) is organized by Les Entreprises Wedding Groupe Inc., operating as Elegant Wedding (the “Organizer”), in collaboration with the participating sponsors identified on the official giveaway website.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to couples who meet all the following requirements:
- Both individuals are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
- Both individuals are legal residents of Quebec, Canada.
- The couple intends to marry between February 26, 2027, and October 31, 2028, subject to the individual conditions and availability of participating sponsors.
Couples do not need to be formally engaged at the time of entry but must be planning a wedding within the eligible period.
Employees, directors and representatives of the Organizer and participating sponsors, as well as their immediate family members and individuals residing in the same household, are ineligible.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on October 1, 2026, and ends on February 15, 2027, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”).
4. How to Enter
To participate, eligible couples must complete and submit the official contest entry form available at:

- No purchase, payment or admission ticket is required to enter.
- Only one (1) entry per couple is permitted.
- Entries submitted using multiple names, email addresses, identities or other methods to circumvent the entry will be removed.
- Entries must contain accurate and complete information.
- Participants must submit their own entries and may not enter on behalf of another couple.
The Organizer may disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate or otherwise ineligible entries.
5. Grand Prize Description
One (1) eligible couple will receive the Elegant Wedding Bridal Show Package, advertised at an approximate total value of $40,000, consisting of products, services and credits supplied by participating sponsors.

Total listed sponsor values: $40,000.
The Grand Prize is awarded as one package to one winning couple. Individual prize components will not be awarded to separate participants.
All prize values are approximate and subject to the specific products, services, credits and conditions offered by the participating sponsors. The travel component is also subject to the resort’s certificate valuation and applicable currency considerations.
6. Individual Sponsor Conditions
Each prize component is subject to the applicable sponsor’s description, exclusions, booking requirements and terms and conditions published at:

These individual terms form part of the Official Contest Rules.
Participants acknowledge that:
- Certain prizes are credits toward higher-value packages rather than fully complimentary services.
- Additional purchases, booking deposits or balances may be required to redeem particular prize components.
- Sponsors may impose date restrictions, advance booking requirements, service area limitations and availability conditions as expressly described in their prize terms.
- Additional products, services, upgrades, alterations, travel, delivery or transportation not expressly included are the winner’s responsibility.
- Applicable taxes are excluded where specified by the sponsor.
- Some components may be used only toward qualifying purchases made after the winner is declared.
- The winner is responsible for entering into any required service agreements directly with participating sponsors.
7. General Prize Restrictions
Unless otherwise expressly provided in an individual sponsor’s conditions:
- The Grand Prize and its components are non-transferable.
- No prize component may be redeemed for cash.
- No cash alternative, refund or substitute compensation will be provided for unused components.
- The winner is not required to redeem every component of the package.
- Unused or unclaimed components will be forfeited without compensation.
- Prizes cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts or packages.
- Prizes are subject to participating sponsors’ published restrictions and reasonable availability requirements.
- Costs not expressly included in a sponsor’s prize description are the winner’s responsibility.
Any substitution or material modification of a prize must comply with applicable law. The Organizer will not reduce the advertised prize package or materially alter its conditions without lawful justification.
8. Finalist Selection
Following the close of the Contest Period, one hundred (100) potential finalists will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
Finalist selection date: — February 4, 2026.
Selected finalists will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided during registration.
Each selected finalist must confirm eligibility and accept the invitation within the deadline communicated by the Organizer.
If a selected finalist cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the applicable deadline, declines the invitation or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the Organizer may select an alternate eligible finalist at random.
Being selected as a finalist does not guarantee winning the Grand Prize.
9. Grand Prize Draw — Bubbles & Bliss
The Grand Prize winner will be selected on Friday, February 26, 2027, during the Bubbles & Bliss event.
The event is hosted independently of Elegant Wedding. The Organizer is responsible for administering the giveaway and coordinating the Grand Prize selection.
Attendance at Bubbles & Bliss is mandatory for finalists to remain eligible to win.
A finalist must attend in person, complete any required event check-in and be present when the Grand Prize winner is selected. Attendance by at least one member of the finalist couple will satisfy the couple’s attendance requirement.
A finalist who does not attend, or who is absent when required for the draw, may be disqualified.
The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from eligible finalists present at the event.
10. Winner Confirmation and Prize Claiming
The selected winning couple must:

11. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information collected through the Contest will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, communicate with participants, select finalists, contact the potential winner and award the Grand Prize.
The Organizer will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Quebec and Canadian privacy laws and its published Privacy Policy.
Personal information will not be sold to unrelated third parties.
Information may be shared with participating sponsors where reasonably necessary to administer or fulfill an awarded prize, or for marketing purposes where the participant has provided valid, separate consent.
Participation in the Contest consent to receive advertising or promotional communications from the Organizer or participating sponsors. Participants may withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in communications or by contacting the Organizer.
12. Publicity and Promotion
The Organizer will obtain appropriate consent before using the winning couple’s identifiable photographs, testimonials or other personal information for promotional purposes, except where otherwise permitted by law.
13. General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to verify entries, investigate suspected fraud and disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules.
If technical difficulties, fraudulent activity, unauthorized interference or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control materially compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Organizer may take appropriate corrective action, including suspension, modification or cancellation, to the extent permitted by law.
The Organizer and participating sponsors remain responsible for their respective obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
